The Steelers (-3.5, +100) are worth a look here, as Dobbs is a solid QB who has shown he can run the offense with efficiency. The Panthers (+3.5, -120) have to be concerned with their QB situation, as Grier has shown he cannot read a defense, and Heinicke has struggled. Online gambling account. Allen is the best bet behind Newton, but he’ll have very few weapons to work with in this one.

The projected total of 33 should be right on the money. It’s difficult to wager on Week 4 games, but generally it’s the UNDER (-110) which hits with a plethora of reserves fighting in the preseason finales.
